I did not want to leave and would return anytime. I loved the hotel, its neat and lovely room and very helpful staff. The location of the venue was central, next to the garden, stores and extremely nice pub and restaurant. It also was on the Danish coastline.

The rooms were clean and nicely furnished with a very large comfortable bed, there's a lovely garden, and the staff are friendly and helpful; the location is fantastic, right by the beach, with great dining options and shops nearby.

The room was brand-new and neat with central heating, an iron and ironing board, and TV.

The hotel is incredibly convenient for beach goers, just a short walk away. Perfectly situated beside the train station and nearby the harbor, exploring the area is a breeze. the breakfast is delicious, and a clean room to stay is provided.

Nighttime noise can be a bit overbearing, making sleeping through the night problematic.

stayed here once before in gilleleje but this time was even better! hotel strand exceeded expectations during our wedding celebration. location was perfect, with lovely town and restaurants nearby. amazing breakfast with famous gammel dansk and danish pastry. definitely our favorite hotel on our trip around denmark.

no coffee in room

We had a lovely Easter vacation at a hotel near the beach and town center. The location was ideal: just a short walk from the beach and town. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always available to help us with anything we needed.

Although the room was clean, the bed was a bit too soft for our liking. the room had thin walls which made it easy to hear noise from outside and the adjacent rooms.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The location is fantastic, being so close to the train station, the beach, and the harbor. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, providing a delightful start to the day.

Nothing to complain about, everything was fine.

Amazing breakfast selection and friendly staff! the view from the room was stunning and the location couldn't have been better for exploring the local area. the cozy atmosphere of the hotel made us feel at home.

Noise from outside disturbed our sleep on both Friday and Saturday night. We understand this is not the fault of the hotel, but rather the local community.

The location is superb, being so close to the train station, the beach, and the harbor. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all in place. The rooms, especially those with a view, are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast served is also impressive, satisfying all tastes.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was outstanding.
